In order to ensure harmonious coexistence between visitors from the Continental Big Nation and the local inhabitants of the island territory of Kembac, the following rules are hereby established:
1. Respect for local practices
Visitors are encouraged to observe regional customs (without attempting to adopt them). Most of these traditions, though largely obsolete, still hold a certain symbolic importance for the inhabitants. While it may be tempting to mock them, visitors should bear in mind that islanders may take offense.
2. Interaction with the local population
Visitors should remember that the inhabitants of Kembac have not benefited from the same level of cultural exposure as the Continental Big Nation. Any complex discussion (political, cultural, or scientific) should be avoided, as it may cause confusion or discomfort.
3. Public safety
Proconsular Agents are responsible for maintaining public order. In the event of unusual behavior by an islander, do not attempt to engage directly. Simply notify an Agent, who will take the appropriate measures. If necessary, you can find a denunciation form on this website.
4. Authorized areas
Visitors may move freely within designated zones.
Any incursion beyond these limits is strongly discouraged. Proconsular Agents may not be able to guarantee your safety outside authorized areas.
5. Curfew hours
A curfew may be imposed between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., at the discretion of the Proconsul. Please refer to announcements issued by the Proconsular House to determine the situation during your stay.
6. Routine checks
Proconsular Agents may verify your identification documents at any time in order to ensure your safety and that of the island’s inhabitants. Full and immediate cooperation is required.
