1. Loyalty and propriety
I acknowledge the moral and administrative supremacy of the Big Nation and undertake not to take part in any conversation, gathering, or activity that could call its authority into question.

2. Refraining from contact with unrecognized organizations
I acknowledge that I have been informed of the possible existence of local groups presenting themselves as “artistic” or “revolutionary.”
I undertake not to respond to any form of solicitation and to immediately notify a Proconsular Agent in the event of any such approach.

3. Personal responsibility
I declare that I understand that failure to comply with local regulations may lead to hazardous situations, and I accept that the Big Nation may take any measures deemed necessary for my safety and well-being, without requiring my consent or approval.
